The Equine Technical and Equine Breeding Scheme 2023 comprised three programme headings: General Programme; Training/Education Programme; and Research into Equine Diseases Programmes. The funding is provided to support various equine industry projects. Applicants must comply with the specific terms and conditions of each programme which were published on the Department's website. All recipients met the eligibility criteria and all funded projects were completed. However three projects received an extension for the submission of their final report. These reports will be available by the end of March. No other deviation in the stated criteria occurred.
