337. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will publish a list of the NGOs funded by his Department; and the level the funding each NGO received in the past three years, in tabular form. [12717/24]
Amharc ar fhreagraWhile my Department does not generally provide direct funding to non-governmental organisations (NGOs), it does provide funding for ad hoc humanitarian flood relief schemes which are delivered by the NGO sector. The figures in the table below refer to payments made under the Emergency Humanitarian Flooding scheme which provides a contribution towards the costs of returning business premises and community, voluntary, sporting bodies to their pre-flood condition including the replacement of flooring, fixtures and fittings and damaged stock. The scheme is administered by the Irish Red Cross (IRC) on behalf of my Department.
