1603. Deputy Matt Shanahan asked the Minister for Health to provide contract timelines for the build and development of the new operating theatre in Kilcrene, County Kilkenny to service outreach, orthopaedic surgery from UHW; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15381/24]
