933. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a TAMS 3 solar capital investments scheme application for a farmer (details supplied) in County Donegal; when the application will be processed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13740/24]

A number of issues relating to the solar survey and farm yard plan arose during administrative checks, which were queried with the applicant. These matters have now been resolved, and a letter of approval to commence works issued on 25 March 2024.
