As I publicly stated on 28 March this year, it is my intention to bring a Memorandum to the Government seeking approval to develop law to raise the minimum legal age of sale of tobacco products to 21. I can provide no further detail until Government approves the drafting of the legislation.

In general, formal meetings have a structured agenda and an official minute taker. An informal meeting is generally less structured, and no minute is taken.

In many instances informal meetings are introductory in nature and no decisions or commitments are made. They often result in more formal follow up correspondence as occurred in this instance.
