Deputy Matt Shanahan asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media the total printing expenditure per annum over the past five years of all Government-sponsored reviews and reports which were translated into Irish and published, broken down by Department and year, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department in its current configuration was established in September 2020.
In the period since then, my Department has not had any printing expenditure on Government-sponsored reviews and reports which were translated into Irish and published.
While my Department published the Plean Dhigiteach Don Ghaeilge in December 2022, this plan was developed in Irish and subsequently translated into English.
I advise the Deputy that I am only in a position to answer for printing expenditure in respect of my Department and I do not have oversight of such matters relating to other Government Departments.
