487. Deputy Claire Kerrane asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if the payment systems to make payments under TAMS III are in place; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21672/24]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe functionality to lodge payment claims is in place for all the schemes under the Targeted Agriculture Modernisation Scheme (TAMS 3). The payments system is in place for eight of the ten schemes, with the Young Farmer Scheme and the Women Farmer scheme anticipated to be in place next month.
My Department is currently processing payment claims with payments to begin to issue in June in cases where there are no issues with the claim.
