375. Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Social Protection when the circular providing guidance to social welfare offices on the new rules regarding disregarding maintenance payments for existing JSA/transitional JSA claimants will be issued. [22402/24]
Amharc ar fhreagraA Circular for One-Parent Family and Jobseeker's Transitional Payments is currently being prepared which will provide guidance on the new rules regarding disregarding maintenance payments paid to a person in respect of a child.
Once the legislation has been finalised guidance for staff will issue.
