70. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if he will formally confirm the terms of a registered employment agreement variation order (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23233/24]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Registrar of the Labour Court wrote to Minister Burke on the 18 April 2024 forwarding the Order of the Labour Court varying the terms of a Registered Employment Agreement.
I can confirm that the matter is receiving due consideration and it is expected that an Order confirming the agreed variation will issue shortly.
