92. Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if any other funding streams are open to a sports club (details supplied) considering the sports capital grants are now closed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [23123/24]
Amharc ar fhreagraOn 9 May 2024, Minister Martin and I announced over €26 million in equipment grants under the latest round of the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme (SCEP).
Further allocations, including those for capital works and capital works with an equipment component, will be announced later. I can confirm that the club in question has submitted an application for capital works and is among those remaining to be assessed.
