REPORT OF SELECT COMMITTEE ON EAST TIPPERARY VACANCY.
The Committee reported that:—
"Having considered the question of the vacancy in East Tipperary, it was unanimously decided that in view of the circumstances which occasioned the vacancy, it was due to the memory of the late Pierce McCann that his place should not be filled at present."
The Report was adopted on the motion of L. MACCOSGAIR (Kilkenny N.), seconded by J. MACDONAGH (Tipperary N.).
