asked the Minister for Defence if he will expedite the return of a bicycle belonging to Mr. Thomas Cullinan, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare, officially commandeered by the I.R.A. on September 27th, 1921, and in respect of which a receipt is held by Mr. Cullinan from the Battalion O/C I.R.A.
