I have to report that Mr. Bartholomew O'Connor has been elected to fill the vacancy in the representation in the Dáil of the County Constituency of Dublin.
Deputies James O'Mara and Bartholomew O'Connor have fulfilled the conditions under Article 17 of the Constitution, and have accordingly taken their seats.
