Before the business on the Order Paper is taken, may I ask the President if he is now in a position to make any statement with regard to the inquiry pending Army matters?

I am not yet in a position to do so. I have gone some part of the way, but I am not yet in a position to announce the personnel. I hope, at least I anticipate, that it may be possible to say something on the matter later this evening, but I am not yet in a position to indicate with certainty if that will be the case.
