asked the Minister for Defence if the amount to be paid Mr. Patrick Kilmurray, Multyfarnham, Mullingar, for damage to a Chevrolet car, injured in collision with military, has been arrived at; if he is aware that the inquiry held in the Courthouse on 31st January decided that Mr. Kilmurray was entitled to full compensation and expenses.
