asked the Minister for Defence if he is aware that there is an account, amounting to £200, due to James J. Byrne, of Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, for goods supplied to the Military, Curragh Camp, from September, 1922, to date, and whether he will see that this sum is paid as soon as possible.

Accounts amounting to £84 10s. have been received from Mr. Byrne, and are at present under consideration. Steps have been taken to expedite their settlement. Enquiries are being made regarding other accounts stated to be outstanding.
