asked the Minister for Finance if he can state what steps are necessary to expedite the hearing of the claim of Mr. Lee, of Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan, for compensation for the destruction of his premises in that town by the Irregulars, which premises, having been reconstructed and repaired by Mr. Lee, have been taken over by the Gárda Síochána and are now used by them as a barrack.
