Arrangements are now completed for the distribution of this grant as soon as the necessary particulars have been received from the teachers entitled to participate in it.
A copy of the rules governing the distribution is being sent to the Deputy for his information.
Is the Minister not convinced that it is now full time to do away with this haphazard system of paying Secondary Teachers and pay them on a scale of saláry which would be commensurate with the work they are doing?
I do not know whether he is convinced or not, but I will have the supplementary question brought to his notice.
