asked the Minister for Justice whether he is aware that two young men, named Hurley and Rohan, were arrested at Kilmore, Nenagh, on the 8th instant, and have been detained without charge or trial in the Gárda Síochána Barracks at Nenagh; and if, in view of the fact that no charge has been made against those men, he will order their immediate reiease.

Two men, named John Sherlock and Timothy Rohan, were arrested by the Gárda Síochána near Nenagh on the 8th instant. They were brought before a Peace Commissioner on the 14th idem, charged with being concerned, with others in an armed attack on the Gárda Síochána at Nenagh on the night of the 7th idem. They were remanded in custody to the next District Sessions, to be held at Nenagh on the 22nd July, 1924.

No man named Hurley has been arrested.
