asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he will state if any of the following estates and untenanted lands in the Post Office district of Trim, Co. Meath, have been inspected by the Land Commission with a view of having such lands taken over and distributed amongst the congests in the locality, namely—Dogstown, owned by Mr. Nolan Whelan; Lackanach, owned by Lord Dunsany; Manorland and Maudlins, held by the representatives of Patrick Neville; Trimblestown, held by the representatives of James Brown; Boynebank, owned by Father Geraghty, P.P.; Brownstown, owned by Miss C. Neville, and Manorland, owned by Mr. J. E. Gilsenan; and, if not, whether any or all of the said lands will be taken over and distributed before the coming spring.

Mr. HOGAN

The owner has lodged particulars of untenanted lands including lands in Lackanach and Manorland on the Estate of Lord Dunsany; the Land Commission are having the lands inspected with a view to making the owner an offer for the purchase thereof.

The lands of Trimblestown referred to, appear to be a holding in the occupation of Miss May Brown on the estate of the Hon.
