Vol. 9 No. 23

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KILADYSART (CLARE) POOR LAW OFFICIALS

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if pensions or gratuities in respect of certain employees of the Kiladysart, County Clare, Board of Guardians, now absorbed in an Amalgamation Scheme, have not received sanction from his Department; if he will state what these offices are, and why sanction of pensions or gratuities is withheld.

Orders were made on the 19th June last determining the pensions and gratuities payable. I do not know of any cases that have yet to be dealt with, but if the Deputy furnishes me with particulars I will look into them immediately and take any action necessary.
