asked the Minister for Defence whether grade pay at the rate of 3s. per day for the period from 29th March, 1924, to the 2nd July, 1924, is due to Sergeant Charles Quinn, 8415, Transport Section; if he will state what is the cause of delay in payment, and when payment may be expected.
