asked the Minister for Finance if he is now in a position to state whether the Judge's report in connection with the claim for compensation for looted property of Mr. P.A. Byrne, of Knox Street, Ballyhaunis, has yet been considered, and if he will state how soon settlement of this claim may be expected.
