asked the Minister for Finance whether payment has yet been made to Mr. C. Daly (Messrs. C. Daly and Sons), North Gate St., Athenry, Co. Galway, of the sum of £740 for which a decree was granted by the Judge at Galway on the 24th October, 1924.
