asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether, in view of the fact that very few, if any, of the Urban Councils had included in their estimates for the present financial year the expenses of an election in January next, and also of the unsuitability of that month for this purpose, it is intended to introduce proposals for legislation to postpone the elections to Urban Councils until June, 1928.
