asked the Minister for Fisheries (1) how many acres of land in each county taken over by the Land Commission are still for distribution; and (2) whether he will state the number of decrees for non-payment of land annuities in each county, and also total amount of same in each county.

The Land Commission have distributed some 120,000 acres of untenanted land acquired under the Land Act, 1923, and 65,215 acres acquired under the Act are in course of distribution, viz:—
