The lands of Kilmore referred to are tenanted lands held by C.M. Fagan and others. Trustees of Kilmore Farm Society, as judicial tenants on the estate of Sir C.T. McMorrough Kavanagh, which is pending for sale under the Land Act, 1923. The question of the resumption of this holding is being considered by the Land Commission.
