asked the Minister for Defence if any decision has yet been come to in reference to the claim of Mrs. Bridget Tighe, Corrydonlon, Rathowen, for the accidental death of her son, Private Daniel Tighe, who was killed by the accidental explosion of a mine in Athlone Barracks on 30th March, 1925.

No decision has yet been arrived at with regard to the claim of Mrs. Tighe. I must, however, point out that the case does not come within the provisions of the Army Pensions Acts, 1923 or 1927.
