CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ACQUISITION OF ROSSCARBERY LANDS.
The lands referred to are tenanted lands in the townlands of Burgatia and Creggane held by Mrs. Annie E. Kingston as judicial tenant on the estate of R.F. Starkie, which is being dealt with by the Land Commission under the Land Act, 1923. The Commissioners have retained this holding and served a notice on the tenant of their intention to resume it. An objection to the resumption has been lodged and will be heard by the Commissioners at an early date.
