Deputy O'Dowd has given notice that, on the motion for the Adjournment, he will raise a matter arising out of Question No. 26 on to-day's Order Paper.
QUESTION ON THE ADJOURNMENT.
AN CEANN COMHAIRLE
Mr. RODDY
I would like to know when the adjourned motion, of which Deputy Moore has given notice, is to be taken?
AN CEANN COMHAIRLE
Deputy Moore gave notice on Friday that he would raise a certain matter on the Adjournment that evening, but in deference to an expression of opinion by the Chair the Deputy withdrew in favour of the Minister for Agriculture who was making a statement on foot-and-mouth disease which it was then thought might occupy some time. In view of that position, Deputy Moore would have precedence over anyone else to-day, but I understand the Deputy is not in a position to raise the matter to-day, and therefore I am accepting Deputy O'Dowd's question.
Mr. MOORE
May I give notice now that I will mention the matter to-morrow?
AN CEANN COMHAIRLE
That is an answer to the Parliamentary Secretary's question.
Mr. RODDY
I am satisfied, as long as the matter is raised and discussed here.
