asked the Minister for Defence if he can state the number, names and addresses of ex-members of the National Army residing in Cork City, who are in receipt of pensions, gratuities and allowances, under the Army Pensions Acts, 1923-1927, and the Military Service (Pensions) Acts, 1924-1925, also the amount awarded in each case, and the sections of the Acts under which they have been granted.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to a question asked by Deputy Tomas Mac Giolla Foil on the 23rd ultimo. I am sending the Deputy a copy of the list referred to in that reply. The additional information asked for by the Deputy would entail an expenditure of time and labour that would not be justified by the result.
