I do not appear to have received an application under the Army Pensions Act, 1923, from the person referred to by the Deputy.
Is it not a fact that this man wrote to the Department of Defence for forms on which to make his application and his letters were never answered?
Not that I am aware of. I think he did write for a form in connection with the Act of 1924, but not in connection with the 1925 Act.
