Flynn, Main Street, Cashel, out of a total sum of £88 4s. 10d. awarded in 1924 as compensation for goods commandeered between 29th July, 1921, and 3rd August, 1922; and whether he will state when it is proposed to pay the balance of the award.

A report was made in this case under Section 15 of the Damage to Property (Compensation) Act, 1923, recommending payment of £88 compensation and £11 1s. 9d. costs. but after careful consideration of all the circumstances I felt unable to authorise payment of more than £29 5s. 8d. I regret that no further payment of compensation can be made.
