Can the Minister give the names of the persons arrested under any of these Acts and still detained on remand?
I do not think there is anybody actually on remand. The Deputy, however, did not ask that in his question.
I expected it would be answered under "arrested and in prison."
I have given the Deputy, as far as I understood his question, the names of the persons in prison. If the Deputy will put down another question I will find out if there are any persons on remand. I am not in a position to speak accurately now on that matter and, therefore, I prefer not to speak at all.
I shall put down another question.
