asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state whether John A. Lewis, Esq., owner of an estate, S. 1990, Galway, when furnished by the Land Commission with a copy of the provisional list of holdings, issued by the Land Commission in connection with the Lewis estate, under date February 2nd, 1926, lodged an objection against the said list, on the grounds of the non-inclusion therein of two holdings, one in the townland of Cuilleendaeagh, the other in the townland of Garraunphaudeen, for which holdings he had claimed to be a judicial tenant to himself in the schedule of particulars furnished by him to the Land Commission so as to enable the Land Commission to deal with his estate under the Land Act, 1923.

No objection was lodged by J.A. Lewis to the Provisional List dated 2nd February, 1926, of tenanted lands on the grounds of the non-inclusion therein of the two holdings referred to.
