Vol. 30 No. 7

Written Answers. - A Foxford Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he is aware that the Grallagh Farm (name Curranoff), owned by the late William Evans, near Foxford, has been taken over by the Irish Land Commission, and if he will state when the lands will be divided amongst the neighbouring tenants.

Proceedings have been instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the lands of Cornanaff and Grallagh, containing 64a. 1r. 14p. and 72a. 3r. 10p. respectively, and the price of the lands has been determined. The Land Commission expect to be in a position to divide the lands at the end of this year.
