Vol. 36 No. 9

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Road Accommodation at Killorglin.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he is aware that several of the inhabitants of Cromane, Killorglin, Co. Kerry, have no road leading to their homes; that at present they are compelled to travel a substantial portion of the journey to and from market and turbary, through a rough strand, and that in consequence they are often prevented from attending market to sell their produce and also often compelled to leave their carts behind when returning from the market; and whether the Minister will take the necessary steps to provide these pool people with the necessary road facilities by linking up the new road with the old one in this townland.

I have not received any representations on this matter, which is one for the consideration of the local authority.
