asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state for Cork County (1) the amount of annuities payable in respect of purchased holdings and the area and poor law valuation of such holdings; (2) the amount of interest in lieu of rent payable in respect of holdings not yet vested and the area and poor law valuation of such holdings; and (3) the area and poor law valuation of lands not included in the foregoing categories; further if he will state whether it is intended in the forthcoming Land Bill to bring within the operation of the Land Acts lands of potential value as building sites which have hitherto been excluded.

The Land Purchase Annuities payable by tenant purchasers in the County Cork amount to £475,900 per annum. The amount of rent, interest in lieu of rent and payment in lieu of rent payable per annum on holdings in the county not yet vested is £2,400. Particulars as to area and poor rate valuation and of the lands not yet vested and of lands not affected by the provisions of the Land Acts are not available in the Land Commission.
