I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred under any Act of the present Session to make provision for regulating and controlling the importation and keeping of musk rate and certain other destructive non-indigenous animals, for the extermination of any musk rats and other animals aforesaid found at large and for other purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.
