The Industrial Research Council will submit to me annually a report on its activities, which it is my intention to publish. I would, therefore, suggest that the Deputy should await the first report, which will, I anticipate, be available at an early date.
How long after the receipt of the report will the Minister publish it?
As expeditiously as possible.
Surely that does not preclude the Minister from telling us what are the terms of reference?
