asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state whether approval has been given for the erection of houses by direct labour in any area; and, if so, whether he will state the number so approved in respect of each urban authority and county board of health district.
Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Erection of Houses by Direct Labour.
Approval has been given to the erection of houses by direct labour by the following bodies:— The Wexford Urban District Council for the erection of 292 houses under the Housing of the Working Classes Act; the Enniscorthy Urban District Council for the erection of 30 houses under the Housing of the Working Classes Act; the Wexford Board of Health and Public Assistance for the erection of 576 labourers' cottages; the Wicklow Board of Health and Public Assistance for the erection of 32 labourers' cottages.

I believe so.
I suppose the Deputy means as compared with the tenders received from contractors?
