I have agreed, with the approval of the Minister for Finance, to make a loan of a sum not exceeding £16,000 to the Roscrea Meat Co., Ltd. An advance of portion of this sum has already been made. This is the only loan so far made in pursuance of the powers conferred on me by the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934.
