asked the Minister for Justice if he proposes to introduce a measure making it obligatory on under-sheriffs to make returns to his Department in respect of seizures and sales of goods and live stock taken in execution on the foot of unpaid annuities, said returns to contain the following particulars:—(1) a detailed account and description of the chattels and live stock so seized and sold, (2) the prices realised; (3) the amount of the arrears of annuity in each case; (4) the names and addresses of the purchasers, and such other information as the public interest demands.
