asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the total amount of the rates warrant for the year 1935-36 for each county council, and indicate in respect of each county council the amount of the warrant which is represented by (1) credit notes in respect of the current year; (2) arrears carried forward in respect of rates payable in previous years, and (3) the amount included to make up deficiencies caused by the withholding of sums by the Minister for Finance from the county council in respect of land annuities unpaid last year.
