Resolved: That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of any expenses incurred by the Minister for Local Government and Public Health or the Minister for Agriculture in carrying into effect any Act of the present Session to make provision for securing the more humane treatment of animals in slaughterhouses, and to make further and better provision in relation generally to the slaughter of animals.—(Minister for Finance.)
