Vol. 61 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Finglas Water Supply and Sewerage System.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he received a default petition signed by a large body of ratepayers and residents in Finglas, County Dublin, praying him to exercise such powers as he possesses to secure for the village of Finglas an adequate water supply and a proper sewerage system; and, if so, whether he has taken or proposes to take any action on the petition, and if he will state the nature of the action it is proposed to take and when it will be taken.

I have referred the petition to the Dublin Board of Health for consideration and as soon as I obtain their views I shall deal with the matters raised in the petition.
