asked the Minister for Finance if he will consider making allowances in the forthcoming Budget in respect of income-tax in the cases of boys and girls articled by fee to a professional calling where they have to serve a number of years without pay of any sort, seeing that a concession on similar lines is made in the case of such boys and girls while attending college in preparation for such professions.
