asked the Minister for Defence whether he will state the date on which Mr. Timothy O'Connor, of Boherbue, County Cork, was granted a pension under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, the rank and period of service covered by the Service Certificate in this case, the annual amount of the pension awarded and the total amount paid from the date of decision to the end of March, 1942.

Mr. Timothy O'Connor, of Boherbue, County Cork, was granted on the 30th November, 1935, a pension of £61 13s. 4d. per annum under the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934, with effect as from the 1st October, 1934. He was awarded 6? years' service, Grade D. The total amount paid on foot of the pension to the 31st March, 1942, was £457 14s. 1d.
