asked the Minister for Finance if he will state when it is proposed to pay compensation to Mr. Patrick Moore, Allenwood, North, Robertstown, County Kildare, from whom turbary was recently acquired by the Turf Development Board.
I propose to take the Deputy's questions Nos. 3 and 4 together. The matter of compensation which may be payable in respect of boglands taken over for the purposes of the Government turf production scheme is having attention, and it is hoped that at an early date it may be possible to open negotiations with the various owners.
