asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission proposes to divide the estate of H. J. Waller at Moystown, Belmont, County Offaly, record No. S.5724, during the present year; or, if not, whether the lands are to be reset to the parties concerned for a further season.

The Land Commission hope to be in a position to divide the lands on the Waller estate in or before next spring.

asked the Minister for Lands if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the lands on the Humphreys estate, Barrow Banks, Portarlington, County Offaly, as this farm has been a subject of agitation for a number of years past.

The Land Commission have not come to any decision regarding the acquisition of the Humphreys estate, Barrow Banks, Portarlington, and it is not their intention to take any action in the matter at present owing to the emergency conditions.

asked the Minister for Lands if the Land Commission are about to divide the lands on the Corcoran estate, Cornagurk, Kilcormac, County Offaly, Record No. S.5840; and, if not, if he will state if the lands are to be reset for a further period after this season.

The Land Commission are not at present in a position to state when the lands of Cornagurk, on the Corcoran estate, County Offaly, Record No. S.5840, will be divided. If it is not found practicable to divide the lands early next season, they will be relet.
